Shipping
Domestic postage is included in the purchase price. We ship inside of Australia using Express Post and couriers for larger items. We currently do not ship to outside of Australia.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will offer a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.
In the case of exchanges (for a different colour, size or alternative product), customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. And your original item is returned in it’s original, unworn, saleable condition.
In the event that the goods are faulty or damaged through no fault of your own, we will recall the product and offer a refund or exchange at your discretion.
In the case of a refund please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
